How to publish your Checklist
- Select “Checklists” from the main view.
- If you don’t have a checklist yet, click the “+” in the top-right, select your list and press Save.
- Select the list you’d like to share with the public and press the list description to open up settings.
- Scroll down and press the “Make Public” toggle.
It might take us a day or two to approve it, so don’t worry if it doesn’t appear right away in the Public view. If you decide you don’t want it to be public any more, you can remove it instantly from the public view by changing this toggle back to “Off.”
Checklists for every occasion
Some creative uses for Public checklists can be things like recipes, workout routines, class syllabi, “How To” lists, places to visit in your favorite city, and anything else you can imagine!
For Checklists that you’d like to share, but need to remain relatively private, Premium users can collaborate on Checklists directly with individual users. In this way, you can share your best practices methods with your co-workers or share your great-grandmother’s super-secret apple pie recipe (spoiler alert: the mystery ingredient is a dash of vanilla) without worrying about others taking your brilliant ideas!
